I am 23, I was a size 7 for a long time until about 3 years ago. I am now a 16. I just began to work out about 2 weeks ago and I changed EVERYTHING in my diet. I go to the GYM atleast 5 days a week. I do cardio, in which I run/walk on a treadmill for atleast 2 miles and I have slowly been bring weights into my regimen. How long does it usualy take someone to see results. I am getting nothing.
